Custom Bar Grillz + 3D Letters

First, choose the COLOR. The options are rose gold, white gold, and yellow gold. After you select the COLOR, You can select the MATERIAL. The material options are Sterling Silver, 10K Gold, 14K Gold, or 18K Gold. After you choose your metals, please select LOCATION of the where you want to place your grill. There is a diagram you can follow to assist in figuring out your placement. If you have any MISSING TOOTH, please specify how many tooth you are missing. Finally choose the letters.  

If you are unsure of gold purity to select, please review over the following:

10K (41.6% Gold): 10K gold is the most durable and the most affordable. However, it has more alloy than gold. Because of this, the metal is lighter in color.

14K (58.1% Gold): 14K gold is between 10K and 18K in dura

• Domestic Shipping Options:
• USPS First Class Mail (Free): 3-5 Business Days
• UPS Ground: 2 Business Days
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
• Package will receive an email with a tracking number after it is shipped. 
• To ensure safety and secure delivery, orders will only be accepted if the shipping and billing address match and will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
• Orders that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's expense. 
• Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. We do not ship out on weekends. If you ordered a mold kit, your first shipment will include a prepaid return label. Attach that label to your package containing your mold, and drop off your package at your nearest UPS location. After receiving your mold, your custom grillz will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
• It will be the buyer's responsibility to issue claims for lost, damaged, or stolen goods.
• When your mold is shipped, please keep your tracking information.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a Free Mold Kit. The Mold Kit will be shipped as USPS First Class Mail. Although USPS First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 business days, delivery might be delayed depending on the holiday season. After you create the impression and mail it back to us with the return label, expect your custom grill to be shipped out within 3-5 business days.  

***If you would like to choose a quicker option, you can choose UPS Ground Shipping (typically 1-2 days) or UPS Next Day Air (1 day) as an ADD ON before you place the product in the cart. Shipping is free on us with the default option: USPS First Class Mail. If you need a faster shipping option, it will add to your final cost. 

- If you decide to cancel your order before the mold kit shipment:

•  you will receive a full refund. You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will only be processed back to your original method of payment.

- If you choose to cancel after the mold kit is shipped by Jewelry Dog USA and before the mold is shipped back:

• You will be refunded minus the shipping cost and $20 per mold kit set.

- If you decide to cancel the order before the manufacturing process of the grill and after the mold kit shipment: 

• You will be charged with 20% cancellation fee plus the cost of the mold kit ($20.00).

- Once we start the manufacturing process, you will not be able to cancel or return your grillz.

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be returned new and undamaged condition in order for us to give you your partial refund. Please mail your returns to the following address:
