As customers, you are responsible for following all instructions and providing us with an accurate mold impression.
After receiving the product, the customer has 7 days to notify our team for any defects or issues. Under this period, we will make one free adjustment.
If there are any issues, please feel free to contact us.
If the impression is done improperly, we will notify you. As stated before, please read the instructions carefully before making your mold. If the mold is unacceptable, the customer is responsible for an additional mold kit. We will only provide ONE (1) free mold kit. Any additional mold kit will be $20.00. The customer will be able to purchase this at our website.
If the customer refuses to remold, then the customer will be notified with the following options via email:
Partial Refund: 20% cancellation fee with additional $20.00 for mold kit fee.
Production Continues: We will utilize the inaccurate mold. However, we will not guarantee that your grillz will fit. If you are unsatisfied by the inaccurate fit, then you will be responsible for remake fees. The fees will be dependent on the spec of your grillz.
Mold Kit Shipping:
Once an order is placed, you will receive a Free Mold Kit. The Mold Kit will be shipped as USPS First Class Mail. USPS First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 business days. However, delivery might take longer depending on the season. If you would like to choose a quicker option, you can choose UPS Ground Shipping (Typically 1-2 days) or UPS Next Day Air (1 day) as an ADD ON before you place the product in the cart. However, delivery might take longer depending on the season.
